Please review our repair policies, estimate authorizations, and customer portal guidelines.
Initial estimates prepared by Eurotech Auto Body represent an appraisal of visible damage only. Because hidden frame distortion, sub-panel fatigue, or suspension damage may only become apparent upon vehicle teardown, supplemental repair authorizations may be required. By authorizing repairs, the vehicle owner permits Eurotech to order necessary OEM or insurance-specified parts and perform required structural labor.
Under Ohio state law (Ohio Revised Code § 3937.18), the vehicle owner holds the sole authority to choose their automotive collision facility. Eurotech provides direct billing services to all insurance companies as a courtesy. However, insurance deductibles, customer-elected betterments, or depreciation adjustments specified by the policy remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner upon pickup.
Eurotech provides a written lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship, panel alignment, metal fabrication, and paint peeling/cracking for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the restored vehicle. The warranty does not cover subsequent collision impacts, environmental road hazard damage (gravel chipping, industrial fallout), or normal wear and tear.
Eurotech is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process. Vehicle owners are advised to remove all valuables prior to drop-off. Vehicles completed and ready for pickup must be retrieved within 3 business days of notification to avoid daily lot storage charges unless prior written arrangements are established.
Online appointment bookings submitted through our website represent requests for inspection windows and will be reviewed and confirmed by our scheduling staff. We reserve the right to reschedule inspection windows based on shop capacity and parts availability.
